How it works

    Offer a meaningful in-person internship at a company or organization. You mentor the intern personally or arrange for a mentor within the company.

  • Kids apply for internships.

    Apply to a variety of high-quality internships that match your child’s goals.

  • Access is gated.

    The community is limited to participants whose parents can contribute a high-quality internship.

Program Details

  • ☀️ Summer: 1 Month Minimum

    Summer internships must run for at least one full month, giving students meaningful time to contribute.

  • 🎓 School Year: 3 Month Minimum

    Internships during the academic year require a 3-month commitment to ensure real learning occurs.

  • 🏢 In-Person Only

    All internships must be in-person. Remote internships are not eligible for the swap.

  • 🧭 Parent Mentors the Intern

    The posting parent agrees to personally mentor and guide the intern throughout the experience.

  • 📍 Any City, Worldwide

    Internships can be located anywhere in the worlds. Interns handle their own logistics.

  • 🎯 Supports Various Ages

    Open to high school students, current college students, and recent graduates entering the workforce.
